About The CEO & Owner – Jeff Similien

Jeff Similien is a successful commercial and residential broker at Boston Trust Realty Group.
A known leader in the black community in Boston, Jeff founded the nonprofit Kings Amongst Kings to help black men learn from, support, and inspire one another.

As a former college football player and semi-pro player with the Boston Bandits, Jeff has sponsored Athletes Without Borders and has traveled to volunteer to teach children in Costa Rica how to play football. Jeff is a graduate from Curry College with a Business Management degree.

At LowKey cultivation we have made a commitment to positively impact our community. As a company we plan to:

  • Educate the community on mindset, finance and real estate
  • 10-15 new jobs available to Hyde Park residents
  • Prioritize utilization of local contractors, suppliers, 3rd party vendors, & most importantly employees
  • $250,000 over five year period earmarked for community education, drug abuse prevention and
    public health/safety matters
  • Business development coaching (youth mentoring)
  • Sponsor arts, sports and music programs (youth mentoring organization)
  • Teach real estate/financial literacy to employees
  • 3% community impact fee
